Kristan's Story

I started baking when I was a young kid and realized early on that cooking for others made me happy. I began a career in teaching 25 years ago and, while I fell in love with it, I always took time to cook, bake and share my creations with the people I love. I was encouraged by my husband, friends and family to pursue baking on a more formal level. I have taken several classes at L'Acadamie de Cuisine and have continued to perfect my craft! Along the ways I've hit a lot of pot holes, dead ends and broken roads but I finally made it to where I know I belong!
